- Project converted two adjacent duplex buildings into a 8,321 SF Residential Care Facility.
- Managed the Needs Study, preparation and negotiation of the design submittal to the Oregon Department of Human Services Facilities Planning and Safety Division for final approval and licensing with Alzheimer's Endorsement.
- Work included foundation modifications, demolition, sixteen added bathrooms, central kitchen and dining area, a fire protection system integrated with the electro-mechanical door-lock system, and a nurse call system for each room.
- As the completion schedule was critical, we obtained design approvals and completed the work and obtained Department of Human Services Approval within an eight month period.
