Design team leadership and Planning entitlements, for this 78 lot Residential Subdivision with 8 acres of Highway Commercial. Construction Manager/ General Contractor for construction of 48 lots and all commercial pads. Took lead in organizing four other developers into a partnership and negotiating with Oregon Department of Transportation a $2.5M expansion of their Hwy 199 project to widen the state highway for almost 1 mile within the project limits. The project included construction of a 22,000 SF wetland mitigation at an off site location
